With the support of an EXIST startup grant from the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, Pinar Sahbaz, a graduate of Ruhr University Bochum, Florian Lohkamp, and Ahmed Erciyaz are developing a mill that uses a gentler grinding process for tencha tea leaves. Dr. Jonathan Lenz and Prof. Dr. Sebastian Weber are contributing their expertise in the fields of metal 3D printing and materials engineering to the project.
