On June 30 and July 1, 2025, four students took part in the Materials Science Summer School at the Institute for Materials and ICAMS at Ruhr-Universität Bochum. They had the opportunity to carry out experiments and simulations independently and to explore and get to know aluminum in a completely new and exciting way. This gave them their first insights into the study of materials science and allowed them to talk to enthusiastic researchers.
