RUMUL Mikroton

With the commissioning of a new dynamic resonance testing machine, the LWT gains additional possibilities in the field of dynamic testing. From now on, in-situ measurements of the crack length are possible, and the load spectrum for tests has also been rounded down: Measurements with loads from 10 N are now possible, so that even small - e.g. additively manufactured - samples can be dynamically tested. The machine is also a big step forward in terms of sustainability: compared to servo-hydraulic machines, 95 % less electricity is consumed.
