In September, the 63rd Tribology Conference of the "Gesellschaft für Tribologie" (GfT) was held in Göttingen. Over three days, more than 80 lectures were held on the topics of lubrication, machine elements and surface technology. The LWT was also represented at the symposium with a presentation on the subject of tribocorrosion resistance of mechanically and chemically stressed surfaces as part of a research project.
